How can we help you?
Quick answers to the most common questions about BitCore — from getting started to advanced trading mechanics.
BitCore is a professional perpetual futures exchange offering the same trading experience as major venues like Binance and Bybit, with full-featured tools for every strategy, order type and leverage level.
Powered by deep liquidity and live market data, BitCore offers realistic price action, deep order book, and competitive funding rates — built for professional traders.
BitCore uses real-time matching against live market depth. Your orders execute against the order book at competitive prices with minimal slippage.
You can experiment freely — try aggressive leverage, test conditional orders, or run advanced strategies — with full control over every aspect of your trades.
Open the Deposit page, choose a network, then scan the QR code or copy the address to send USDT. You can transfer USDT between Spot and Futures wallets at any time, and your balance updates in real time as you trade.
Click Sign Up on the home page, choose a username and password, and you're ready to trade. Quick onboarding gets you to the markets in seconds.
After signing up, deposit USDT from the Deposit page to start trading.
Spot wallet: holds the actual coins you buy (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.). Used for spot trading — no leverage, no liquidation.
Futures wallet: holds USDT used as margin for perpetual futures positions. Supports up to 200x leverage with both Cross and Isolated margin modes.
Use the Transfer button to move USDT between wallets at any time.
Open the Assets page for full balance management: view your wallet history, transfer between Spot and Futures, and track your portfolio performance — all in one place.
Up to 200x on major pairs like BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT. Smaller cap coins have lower max leverage (typically 25x to 75x), matching the risk tier system used by major exchanges.
Isolated margin: Each position gets its own dedicated margin. If liquidation happens, only the isolated margin is lost — the rest of your wallet is safe.
Cross margin: All cross positions share your entire futures wallet as collateral. More efficient capital usage, but a single bad position can liquidate your whole account.
Choose the mode that matches your risk tolerance.
BitCore supports the full suite of professional orders:

- Market — execute immediately at the current price
- Stop Limit / Stop Market — trigger when price reaches your stop level
- Conditional — advanced trigger conditions
- Take Profit / Stop Loss — protect your positions automatically
- Partial TP/SL — close a portion of your position at a target
More order types (Trailing Stop, Post Only, OCO) are coming soon.
BitCore uses a tiered maker/taker fee structure starting at 0.02% maker / 0.05% taker for futures (VIP 0). See the full schedule on our Fee Schedule page.
Fees are deducted from your wallet balance — transparent and competitive pricing aligned with industry-leading exchanges.
Funding is a periodic payment exchanged between long and short position holders every 8 hours, designed to keep perpetual contract prices anchored to the spot index.
If funding rate is positive, longs pay shorts. Negative funding means shorts pay longs. You only pay or receive funding if you hold a position at the exact funding moment (00:00, 08:00, 16:00 UTC).
All price data — candles, order book, last trade, mark price, index price — comes directly from the Binance public WebSocket and REST APIs.
Prices, funding and liquidations follow the live global market.
Liquidation follows the same maintenance margin ratio (MMR) and cascade logic as Binance.
For Isolated positions, only the isolated margin is lost. For Cross positions, all your cross collateral is at risk and a cascade liquidation may close multiple positions in sequence.
You can recover by transferring USDT from your spot wallet, depositing more funds, or starting a fresh position.
